A front room taken over by kids’ bikes, scooters and outdoor clutter, and a growing frustration with lost space. Living in Hammersmith & Fulham’s conservation area, they assumed proper outdoor storage would be impossible to approve.

We designed
A full-depth side storage solution, secured through planning approval without hesitation. Finished in a deep green tone, the structure blends naturally with surrounding trees and the character of the street. A planted roof with an integrated irrigation system completes the enclosure while keeping maintenance low.
