In most cases, we leave a discreet cut-out so the meter, tap or modem stays in its original location and can be accessed permanently without obstruction.

Where a cut-out is not practical, we can integrate the fitting neatly within the store itself, ensuring you still have reliable access for servicing while keeping the overall design seamless.

Planning permission is usually required for all front garden storage, as such projects alter the street frontage of a home. Side storage, however, is often concealed behind tall planting at the street edge. This means many clients choose not to apply for permission, as the street elevation remains unchanged.
