PROBLEM
A London homeowner residing in a Georgian terrace faced challenges with outdoor storage:

- Accommodates a long-tail cargo bike (a Tern GSD) with child seats and a canopy attached.
- Provides additional space for a standard road bike.
- Features a dedicated compartment for storing household bins neatly.
- Features a low-maintenance sedum green roof, enhancing biodiversity and kerb appeal.
- Integrates seamlessly with the property's Georgian architecture.
